CCEE and Paper Romance

It is also time for another CCEE challenge.  Today’s challenge is to use Pleated Ribbon or Paper.  I pleated my ribbon to make a Rosette flower.  Please be sure to check what the other CCEE gals have done with this Challenge, you will not be disappointed!!
