Have you tried Thumping? It's a way to add more color to your image before stamping by tapping a darker colored marker over an inked image. Here is a Tutorial: Thumpingby Beate Johns Thumping is the challenge that Tosh gave to us CCEE girls, please check out our CCEE Stampers blog to see all the thumping cards. I use the background stamp, By Definition, inking it up with a light green and then thumping red and blue SU markers on it. I really like the results, and will be doing this more often.
STAMPS: MFT, Gardener Flopsey, By Definition INK: Copic Markers, SU Markers. PAPER: DP, rose red, turquoise, green. Ribbon, flowers, tag, cuttlebug, spellbinder dies, brads, corner punch.
