Speciality Paper
Time for our CCEE Challenge. Our challenge this week is brought to us by Deb. Deb has challenged us to use Specialty Paper. I used glitter paper on my flowers, sun, scalloped border and blue border. I found a big pad of DCWV cardstock called “The Glitter Stack”
The Greeting Farm is also having a Challenge. Read all about it on their Blog here. It’s a casing card challenge. This is my take on the challenge. Hope you can play along.
My cut-out border in the middle is from Spellbinders. “Borderabilities Grand Large Classic Lace” It’s really big and measures 12” across,
Little Miss Sunshine, is just darling in her cute little rain jacket and red boots. --Too Sweet.
Things I used to make my card:
- STAMPS: The Greeting Farm (Miss Anya Rain*Snow*Shine)
- INK: Copic Markers
- PAPER: The Glitter Stack (DCWV) Red, DP.
- Spellbinder (Borderabilities Grand Large Classic Lace), Spellbinder dies, Cuttlebug dies, Oval punch.

Very cool card. I don't know why, but when I look at this card, the elements look almost 3-D to me, especially the Bringing you Sunshine piece. It feels like I can reach out and touch that piece through the monitor.
And I have to ask since I've been wondering...how are you getting that mirrored effect?
