Rain or Shine is one of my all time favorite MFT sets. I couldn't resist using the sentiment from Stephanie Fizer - Rainy Day Friends!! I love that you can paper piece these Who's That Girl, stamps.

AWESOME card, Cindy! Love the colors and how you paper pieced her coat. The flourish behind the image really adds to the whole card. I'll have to borrow that idea!
