It’s birthday time for Heather our Boss Lady over on Paper Pretties. To celebrate we are having a blog hop!! I used I used Fairy Elle. She is a Halloween set but with a add Happy Birthday sentiment, she is perfect for an October B-day!!

This is also my card with my CCEE gals, make your own ruffled ribbon. I used wired ribbon, which makes it easy to ruffle up.
