CCEE

MFT WTG OCT

Noel
This week our challenge hostess for October, Shirley Quarry has given us another fun challenge. The challenge to incorporate wood in your card/project. It can be faux wood, stamps, embossing folder, DP etc and long as it is some sort of wood.
If you would like to play along all you have to do is create a card using the above challenge, and upload it to your blog and/or to your SCS Gallery using the keyword CCEE1041.

I added a wooden button to my  Who's that Girl?  (Winter in the City).
Please be sure to check what the other CCEE gals have done with this Challenge, you will not be disappointed!! Charlene, Frances, Joanne, Tosh and Shirley.

Happy Stamping!!

I love how you incorporated Chanukah and Christmas. Bravo to you! First time I have seen any mention of Chanukah at all in the stamping world. Happy Holidays!

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get here to comment, Lou Who. It's been quite a busy day and evening for me. I LOVE your beautiful card! At first I thought you were going to say the trees in your background (which I love how you stamped them behind the image) were your wood until I read about the wooden button, which is very clever. Gorgeous ribbon, too!

Hi Cindy, I love this stamp and now I really wish I had purchased it when I bought rolled rose. heehee I love your card and the colors you have used. I really like the wood that you used also. I have some buttons like this one and I have never used them. I guess I will have to now. Hugs, Lisa
