~Timeless Tuesday~~!!

Hello everyone, and welcome to Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge, FTTC214!  Today’s challenge is Layer Ribbon!!~  I have used Tulips for Friends two different ribbons and some pearls.

    SOOOO LOVELY Cindy!!!!!!!! Makes me think of a vase of tulips clipped from a Grandma's garden, sitting in her parlor!!!! It's that designer paper!!!!!!!! :) LOVE EVERYTHING you've done!!!!!!!!! :)
