Time for a CCEE Challenge. Deb sent all us CCEE girls a big parcel of ribbon. In that parcel she included a bag of special ribbons that were patterned. Have you tried Thumping? It's a way to add more color to your image before stamping by tapping a darker colored marker over an inked image. Here is a Tutorial: Thumpingby Beate Johns Thumping is the challenge that Tosh gave to us CCEE girls, please check out our CCEE Stampers blog to see all the thumping cards. I use the background stamp, By Definition, inking it up with a light green and then thumping red and blue SU markers on it. I really like the results, and will be doing this more often.
Riley Jr. loves to read, he hopes to read all these books by the time school starts in the Fall. Today's Hanna Stamps Challenge is to use flourishes or doodles on your card. My background paper has flourishes on it.
